Call for Papers
The Middle East Economic Association (MEEA) is pleased to announce that it is now accepting abstracts for papers to be presented at the 16th International Conference of MEEA, hold jointly with TED University Trade Research Center in Ankara, Turkey, May 18-20.
The conference theme is Trade and Inclusive Growth in the Middle East. The meeting will have the following sub themes:
- International Trade and Economics of Globalization
- Macroeconomics
- Growth and Development
- Monetary and Financial Economics
- Microeconomic and Sectoral Studies
- Labor Markets and Industrial Relations
- Entrepreneurship and SMEs
- Institutional Economics
- Natural Resources and Environmental Economics
Papers and presentations will be exclusively in English.

Abstract-paper submission due: January 09, 2017
Conditional Acceptance due: January 20, 2017
Full-paper submission due: March 10, 2017
Reply to authors on full acceptance: March 30, 2017

Accommodation Grant for PhD Students
Hotel expenses of 20 PhD students will be covered by TEDUTRC. If you are interested, please send an email to trc@tedu.edu.tr with “Accommodation Grant” showing on the Subject line of your email after you submit full paper.
