Our students of the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design are overwhelmed with success!
The 11th edition of MEKAN2024 Interior Architecture Students National Graduation Projects Competition, which is an open call to young interior architect candidates to introduce themselves and their design philosophy through graduation/diploma projects, which is a threshold between the education process and the transition to professional formation, was held this year. 50 projects from 17 different universities participated in the competition;
- First Prize: Beyza Beril Sebetci, Dilara Şayen Özçelik, Selin Nur Uğurlu
- Second Prize: İlayda Ödel, Melike Yaşar
- Honorable Mention: Aysima Zümra Kürekci, Sedef Boğaç
im2024, the seventh edition of the Interior Architecture Department Students Project Competition organized annually by the TMMOB Chamber of Interior Architects, is based on the evaluation of the projects carried out in the design studios and furniture/lighting design courses conducted during the Academic Year 2023/2024. im2024 saw the students of TED University Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design achieve great success by winning 12 of the 24 awards.
