Sustainable TEDU Team Has Started Working

The Sustainability Working Group, which was established with the decision of the University Senate on October 14, 2021, has started working!
The aim of the group is to increase awareness of global, cultural and ecological issues such as sustainability, environmental policies, climate change, inequalities, and to take action on these issues within a participatory system at TEDU with the motto of "Sustainable TEDU" and in the axes of education - research - governance - contribution to society and it is to encourage taking steps that are oriented and turn into social benefits.
In the founding team, Prof.Dr. Kezban Çelik from the Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Assoc.Dr. Can Baran Aktaş from the Department of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering, Assoc.Dr. Ela Ataç Kavurmacı from the Department of City and Regional Planning of the Faculty of Architecture, Asst. Prof. Dr. Burze Yaşar from the Department of Business Administration of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Asst. Prof.Dr. Zerrin Toker from the Department of Mathematics and Science Education of the Faculty of Education, TEDU Hourly Instructor Dr. Murat Yıldız, İstasyon TEDU Coordinator Sinem Güravşar Gökçe, TEDU Library Supervisor Merve Çetinkaya, student of the Architecture Faculty City and Regional Planning Department Ekin Ersözlü, student of Mathematics Department of Faculty of Arts and Sciences Şeyma Gülşen are included.
For a sustainable university, the Sustainable TEDU Working Group expects the support and contribution of the entire TEDU family.
