She was born in Eskişehir and she graduated from the Department of Information and Document Management of Hacettepe University. Sebahat Keçici worked as an intern at Bilecik Provincial Public Library, Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University Library, Gemini Information Technologies, Mantis Software and TEDU Ayşe Ilıcak library. In 2021, she worked at SBI IT Company within the scope of the digitalization project.
She participated in various conferences and seminars related to her field and she served as the vice president and chairman of the Hacettepe University Information Community, which was established within the Department of Information and Document Management of Hacettepe University.
Sebahat Keçici has been working as a Librarian Assistant at TED University Ayşe Ilıcak Library as of December 2021.
