Mustafa Kutluhan Olcay

He has held managerial roles in the oil and energy sector, specializing in International Project Management, Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Negotiation, Enterprise Risk Management, Media Relations, Internal Communication, Public Affairs, Corporate Relations, and Brand Communication. He has provided consultancy to the Board of Directors and senior management on organizational matters and contributed to strategic decision-making processes. 

Through his experience in the private sector and international non-governmental organizations, he has offered insights into the functioning of political systems and provided guidance on public policy and advocacy. Committed to representing corporate values and culture, he has undertaken the mission of strengthening core competencies and supporting institutions in achieving their strategic goals. 

Additionally, since 1998, he has held various positions within the Turkish Education Association and its affiliated institutions.
