Merve Erentuğ

Merve Erentuğ graduated from TED Ankara College and then completed her B.A. degree at Bilkent University Department of English Language and Literature as a high honour student and the top ranked student of her department. She then received her M.A. degree from Curriculum and Instruction program at Bilkent University with her master’s thesis that focuses on the use of literature in English language classes to enhance students’ critical thinking skills. While studying for her master’s degree, she also received her pedagogical formation, took part in different K-12 schools in Ankara, İstanbul and England and went to Cambridge University Faculty of Education as a visiting student, attending to classes that focus on teaching literature. 

She earned her Ph.D. from Middle East Technical University English Literature program in May 2024. Her research interests include literary theories, feminist literature and novel as a genre. 

She joined TED University English Language School as a Lecturer in August 2021.
