Meriç Bulca graduated from Gazi University English Language Teaching and received her MA degree from Middle East Technical University, Human Resources Development in Education. She is still a Phd student at Hacettepe University, Educational Administration. She worked at Atılım University for 8 years and was the head of Presentation Skills Course. She has been an instructor at TED University since September 2012.
