Melis Acar
Melis Acar was born on April 30, 1994 in Ankara. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education at TED Ankara College. She successfully completed her International Baccalaureate (IB) education and graduated from high school with a double diploma. Between 2012-2016, she received her undergraduate education in Architecture at TED University. She spent the 2014 Fall Semester of her undergraduate education at the University of Patras as part of the Erasmus+ program. She received her master's degree from METU Architecture History Program in 2019. Currently, she is continuing her education at METU Architectural History Doctorate Program.
Melis Acar worked as a Research Assistant at TEDU Architecture Department between February 2017 and December 2022. As of January 2023, she has been working as an Instructor in the Department of Architecture at TEDU. She is also the founder and editor-in-chief of THE VOID MAG, a magazine prepared and published by TEDU Department of Architecture students.
