TED University to fulfill its duty of loyalty for the neighborhood where it gave its name
TED University, one of the strongest branches of Turkish Education Association, to fulfill its duty of loyalty for the neighborhood where it gave its name.
The Kurtuluş Park will be transformed into a recreation area where students will be able to spend time 7/24 safely as well as the citizens of Ankara upon signing the protocol with the Metropolitan Municipality of Ankara.
It is aimed to renovate the Kurtuluş Park located in Kolej District which was named after TED Ankara College with the addition of outdoor classrooms, a library and bicycle lanes and thus to offer citizens a social recreation area where they will enjoy art and culture. After realization of the project, which was created with an environmentalist approach preserving the existing vegetation, citizens of Ankara will enjoy exhibitions, concerts and other outdoor activities in this park with a deep rooted background. Not only the ones around the neighborhood, but all the schools in Ankara, from far and near, will be able to hold outdoor classes here in nature.
We, as the Turkish Education Association, feel indebted to perform our duty of loyalty for the precious city of Ankara, being aware of the opportunities bestowed upon us by our Republic.
