REGISTRATION AS A NEW STUDENT

FOR GRADUATE PROGRAMS

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW

• Students must submit the documents mentioned below to oimkayit@tedu.edu.tr between February 4^th – 8^th, 2021.

1. Certified copy of the undergraduate diploma
   (for the students who were graduate candidates at the time of application and applied with a student certificate.)
2. Transcript-Academic record (e-signed or wet signature/stamp). Official copy of transcript in a sealed envelope (must be shipped to TED University Registrar’s Office via courier by March 15^th, 2021 at the latest) 
3. English proficiency certificate
4. A photo (in jpg format)
5. Tuition fee receipt (https://afa.tedu.edu.tr/en/afa/tuition-fees-for-postgraduate-study-2020-2021-academic-year)
   
   

• Students must not arrive at the campus to submit the enrollment documents. Registration procedures are going to be completed on February 9^th, 2021 by the Registrar’s Office.
• TEDU account user information will be emailed by the Information Technology Department.
• User name and password information to access the TEDU Student Portal will be sent to the email address given in the Enrollment Petition.
• Students can obtain information on their academic advisors from the Office of the Graduate School Secretary (serkan.karaca@tedu.edu.tr). Course registration must be completed on TEDU Portal after having contacted their advisors.
• TEDU ID Cards of the students who have completed their enrollment procedures will be sent by DenizBank via courier until March 25^th, 2021 to the registered address on the MERNİS System and will be submitted against signature. Students who could not receive their ID cards can obtain from DenizBank Cebeci/Ankara Branch.  After you have received your ID Card, you must apply to any DenizBank branch in person to sign the related agreement.
