Julia Goggin

Julia Goggin was born in Ireland and received her Bachelor of Social Science degree from University College Dublin. She obtained her Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Langauge from the Language Centre of Ireland in Dublin. She started working in Bilkent University in 1993 where she worked as an instructor in  Faculty  Academic English. She participated in many courses such as Curriculum and Testing (1999) and in July 2011 was awarded a Certifiate in Teaching English for Academic Purposes. She started working in TED University as an instructor  in the 2017-2018 academic year.
