Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

 

  1. evaluate their assumptions, attitudes and beliefs about family, concepts related with family and family education,
  2. compare different family patterns in turkey and analyze how each pattern influences children’s education,
  3. distinguish different ways homes, schools, and communities interact with each other to influence the school experience of children,
  4. value planning, implementation and evaluation of family education activities,
  5. design a parent education program.
