He graduated from the Department of Information and Document Management of Hacettepe University. Completed his internship at Ankara University. Between 2013 and 2015, he worked on many cataloging and digitization projects. He worked as a product specialist at Ankaref Information Technologies between 2015-2016.

Having participated in many workshops and conferences about his field, Çelik joined the Erasmus + project called Media Sapiens - Fundraising Through Media Training in Stockholm in 2014. In this context, the article titled Deney A Youth Project Experience: Lifelong Learning / Media Sapiens was published in Turkish Librarianship Magazine.

As of January 2017, Enes Çelik has been working as a Library Specialist in Ayşe Ilıcak Library of TED University. He is also has been volunteering of Anatolian University Libraries Consortium (ANKOS) between 2018-2023.
