Elif Kurtaran Özbudak

Elif Kurtaran Özbudak received her PhD in 2009 from the Department of Cryptography at the Institute of Applied Mathematics, Middle East Technical University. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the Department of Mathematics at Middle East Technical University, and received Master's degrees from the Departments of Mathematics at Bilkent University and Computer Engineering at Marmara University. Between 1997 and 2021, she held various positions under TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, including Team Leader, Project Manager, Head of Project Management Office, and Head of Strategic Planning and Quality Management, working on defense industry projects. In September 2021, she joined the Department of Computer Engineering at TED University.
