Av. Altan Liman
Altan Liman was born in Ankara in 1980. He has graduated from TED Ankara College in 1997 and from Ankara University Law School in 2001. Altan Liman, participated to an LL.M. program in European Law at the University of Amsterdam with the MTEC Scholarship of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2005-2006. He has professional experience for more than 20 years and currently continues his practice at Liman Kurman Law Firm, which he founded in 2007.
Altan Liman, who served as the national representative of the International Bar Association (IBA) Young Lawyers Commission for two terms, has served as chairman and vice chair of various boards and commissions at the Ankara Bar Association, such as the International Law Commission, the American Bar Associations Cooperation Commission, and the Foreign Relations Center. He also served as a consultant between 2018 and 2022 at the Ankara Bar Association Internship Board responsible for the professional education of trainee lawyers.
Altan Liman is a member of the Turkish Education Association, TED Ankara College Sports Club and TED Ankara College Alumni Association, and has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors of TED Ankara College Sports Club since 2009.
He is married and has one child.
