Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hikmet Erhan Güven, who was born in Ankara in 1977, graduated from TED Ankara College in 1995. He became a medical doctor in 2001, a general surgeon in 2006, and completed his associate degree in Health Institutions Management in 2013.
He worked as a general surgeon and hospital administrator in Nizip, Kırıkkale and Ankara.
He is a faculty member at the Department of Surgical Medicine- General Surgery of the University of Health Sciences, Gülhane SUAM.
He is currently working as a General Hospital Chief Physician and General Surgeon at Ankara Etlik City Hospital.
He is married with one child.
